Audits
SelectX audits or performance reviews for underwriting and claims are different from what you do internally, and different from what your reassurers do. We bring an external perspective based on our experience gained over many years and in many markets. Importantly, we are objective, we are unbiased, and we have only one agenda – yours.
What we can do goes far beyond an evaluation and a report at the end of the exercise. We like to work through with you the results and implications of any recommendations for change or improvement. And we can help you implement change, whether that be in training, processes, use of tele-interviewing, or in underwriting or claims strategy for your business.
We have a menu of audit services that we can adapt to your needs:
1. Technical decision-making reviews varying in sample size, with detailed reporting back and recommendations as appropriate
2. As in 1. above, but with a review of evidence requirements including cost-effectiveness and budget and a review of documentation and forms
3. As in 2. above, but with a full operational review including systems and processes, team structures, authority levels, efficiency and service, and management information and reporting.
